Can the whole knuckle assemblies be swapped from side to side to convert to a front steer?

So that the tie rod is in the front in a more standard location.

I know that. I'm not looking to do a full hydraulic set up yet. Funny, I've got like 4 steering orbitals too. I'm looking into AGR rockram assist.
